I hope you are doing good! Please help me taking a look into the RF System Evaluation Report for the QN9090 as reference for testing the QN9030, as there are various tests and setups worth noting (3.3.2 TX with continuous transmission makes use of CW).
For some custom tests, the black box examples is available for RF testing, as it enables the user to have a way to control the radio through serial commands. The tests in the RF System Evaluation Report could be recreated with the BB examples.
There is a BLE Demo Application User's Guide for demonstration of FSCI & HCI Blackbox under the SDK Archive documentation:

Please make sure you are utilizing QN9030's software for these tests, as there are some notable changes between products.
