Are you using any of our reference designs? Anyway, please check the Application note: RF LDMOS Optimum Biasing Circuit

Thank you very much，We are not using biasing method described in NXP AN1643.pdf. That method is not the optimum for TETRA application (Pout +36dBm, Temperature -20 to +55degC, Vdd 10.8 to 15.6V).

Did you use the 046 in the same application as the 052 ( the part that was working properly)? - Yes both were used in same application and also tried on the same board (replacing one with another and only one of them worked)
