ADS RF High Power Model Kit : Download Question

Greetings!

I already understand that I need to download both the RF High Power Model Kit 2021 as well as the specific product model kit that I want to use.

However, the problem I'm facing is I'm unable to download the RF High Power Model Kit 2021. I already clicked "Accept" on the agreement webpage, but when it prompts to the download page, there is no download at all. Could this be a bug from the NXP's website? Please advice.
