Latest Wifi HAL source code for W8997 Android 12

Hello NXP team,

We are looking to update the current wifi HAL version W8997 on our custom platform. We are using 88w8997 soc on custom platform as described below:

- OS: Android 12

- Linux kernel version 4.9.178, arm64bit

- Processor: synaptics BG5CT

- Host system: Ubuntu 18.04

- W8997 interface: Wifi and BT over SDIO

In our sdk we have W8997 wifi driver version as SD8997-16.68.10.p162-C4X16C693-GPL-(FP68).
