Hello Vadim,
this is total current going into Vybrid SoC. It includes 1.2V rail current (core, platform) , 3.3V IO current (GPIO interface, internal LDOs, 1.5V IO current for DRAM interface).
SDRAM current itself is not included - it does not go into Vybrid SoC.
Max. value in DS represents absolute maximum current for full temp range.
A current consumption depends on your use case and a temperature. Some use cases were defined, tested and results published in AN4807. You can find use case which is near your use case to estimate power consumption.

Thank you Emmanuel,
but unfortunately AN4807 doesn't answer my questions and I already know it. This AN specifies (similar to the datasheet) undefined "RUN" current in Table 2.
Best regards,
Vadim
