Can the SB_Loader be used to download a fuse-blow program and execute it?

I can see the device using the MfgTool2, but when running the SB_loader from the command line I get "HID device was not found"  Based on the documentation it seems like a good candidate for blowing fuses on new boards with the MVF61NS151CMK50.  Thanks.

As far as I know, the sb_loader tool has never been tested to support the Vybrid devices.
