Hello

I'm really disappointed about JIVE and so poor quality of community engine. Am I alone annoed with it? Why there are problems using it with Internet Explorer??? Is it very uncommon browser these days? If so then please let me know what browser should I use, though why shoud I switch to 3rd party SW? Should it be fixed already? Editing messages is tricky. Pasting some text into edit box is somewhat tricky, usually it locks and doesn't show cursor and doesn't react to keypresses. I'm using IE10 on Win7 and IE8 on WinXP.

Hi Edward,

IE is somehow tricky for most websites, although you should not experience issues when using it. If you could send me a direct message explaining the error instances so I can reproduce and fix them I would really appreciate it.

I strongly recommend the use of Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Thanks!!

Denisse

Hi

IE doesn't pop up any error message. Just try yourself copy pasting some text from notepad or datasheet and editing a bit. It will quickly make you nervous!

It is disappointing that Win users are not supported. 3rd party browser is not big problem, but also isn't nice. You can't live without IE, MS will push you to use it sooner or later. Somewhat  is like using Linux. You can't keep using one distro, you need two or three, because some fancy TI or FSL development kit is compatible only with specific distro.

Thanks for answer about compatible browsers.

Regards

Edward
