Question waiting for moderator approval

I recently joined the community to post questions. The first question I posted to the Kinetics micro-controllers has been waiting for moderator approval for over 48 hours now. Is there something that I am missing which every message must go through or more due to the fact that my account is new? Is there anything I can do to speed this process up or skip moderator approval all together?

It is very exasperating, especially when someone is helping you or you need to advance your project. They should allow the members of the forum to report any unwanted content to avoid the delay.
