Unfortunately, we get very poor support for technical questions about the products, either in the public forum or in private.
NXP engineers respond very late and their answers are very superficial.
We work with other flagship chip manufacturers and they are really quick to respond and their answers are solution oriented.
When we talk to colleagues in other companies who are using NXP products in other projects in the UK, they have the same problem with NXP. I and they think you are very inadequate in this regard compared to other companies you compete with in the sector.
Are you aware of this problem?
Are you taking any steps to solve this problem?
What different solutions do you propose for your customers who are experiencing this problem?
