Is ability to edit account privacy settings broken?

I get an error message "An unexpected error has occurred" after clicking "save" no matter what privacy setting I try to change.

WORKAROUND: If you are using Chrome, please help your browser clearing the cache first.

For any browser (including Chrome) go to the Privacy Settings page and press Ctrl+F5 before you save your changes.

This fixes the bug without further problem, sorry for the inconveniences folks!
