I am currently working on writing the following URL to an NDEF file after authentication:

The write file access was set to 0. Here are the details:

• TI: 9D00C4DF
• CmdCtr: 0000
• KSesAuthMAC: 4C6626F5E72EA694202139295C7A7FC7

I referred to the AN12196.pdf, specifically section 5.8.2 "Write NDEF File - using Cmd.WriteData, CommMode.FULL".(values above are according to the document) However, I am having difficulty understanding how the commands were calculated to the final form:
