Why is classifier_demo not supported on T1040 platform?

The QorIQ SDK 1.9 manual mentions that the classifier_demo is not available for T1040. I tried to run that demo (with altered Fman RX port/Offline port configuration), but it doesn't work ("fragmentation_demo: Failed to execute the FMC Model"). Is there a hardware restriction for why it shouldn't work?

There is no information for restriction for the classifier_demo on the T1040 board. Look at the following pages:

It says, and I quote:

Classifier_demo application supports the following platforms:

• P2041
• P4080
• B4860
• B4420
• T4240
• T2080

Nowhere it mentions T1040. The SDK doesn't contain config files for classifier demo for T1040.

This quote together with the fact that it _doesn't_ work suggest that it is not supported. My question is: what's the reason for it not being supported and how can I fix it.
