I have downloaded T4240RDB Quick Start .
And in Block Diagram it is showing that it is having a NAND Flash 128MB from Spansion.
But in Features it was mentioned as NOR Flash 128MB from Spansion?
T4240RDB has 128M NOR Flash from Spansion.
NOR flash memory• 128 MB, 16-bit width NOR flash memory
NAND flash memory• 2 GB SLC NAND flash, MICRON:MT29F16G08ABABAWP:B
