T2080 SerDes Register Problem

I noticed that some SerDes Register bit fields are set by RCW configuration and some are not.

For example SerDesx_LNnGCR0[PROTS] is not set by RCW configuration

and SerDesx_LNnGCR0[IF20BIT_EN] is set by RCW configuration.

This makes me confused.

If the PBL is complete with the right SerDes RCW configuration,

in my situation,SRDS_PRTCL_S1 = 0x6C SRDS_PRTCL_S2 = 0x2D,

should I need modify some SerDes Register bit fields manually?
