Hello,

We have a board design where we use T1042. We are trying to adapt it to our own card by changing the BSP prepared according to the T1042D4RDB reference card with the Linux - QORIQ SDK v2.0 software. Currently, we are stuck in the ethernet part. As far as I understand, we need a code snippet called FMAN microcode to be able to stand up the ethernet side in U-BOOT. But we couldn't find it among the T1042D4RDB project files.

Where are the source files of FMAN microcode in T1042D4RDB SDK project?

Is there a command other than the bitbake u-boot command to generate the FMAN microcode binary?

Best Regards,

Hi @khushbur,

Thank you very much for the information. It solved my problem.

I could not understand the need for an additional binary file to activate FMAN. Why it is not included in the u-boot-sdcard-2016.09+fslgit-r0.bin file of the board?
