T1024RDB ASLEEP Led is On Always

Hi Guys,

İ have issue with t1024rdb board, when i powered up the board, ASLEEP led is always on and  no message in console. Then i tried to connect with peedi jtag adapter i failed with "BYPASS check failed" message as you can see. I checked dip switches but all of them is set default state. How can i detect the problem, do you have any clue ?
