I made a custom board using T1024, and set RCW source for 16-bit NOR Flash.

However, CS0# signal keeps HIGH during POR sequence.

From Trace32 I confirmed RCW source is set correctly.

Using Trace32, CPU registers and DDR can be accessed.

What am I missed? What do I check first ?

I am sorry for the late reply.

My problem was with the pull-down resistor on pin D8.(IFC_A20)

After removing it, my borad worked well.

I designed a board by referring to the T1024RDB schematic.

The resistor is R13 on sheet 4.

Dear @hankjeon

I highly recommend you to check the RCW file, could you share with me your RCW file?
I think the problem is in the RCW, I believe that the NOR flash is not configured correctly on the RCW,
On the RCW source section in Code Warrior, you have to select "Serial NOR", then click on the check box and then and check for errors.

Please refer to the attached image for reference.

Best Regards,

Hector Villarruel
