Hello Avinash N,
You could create a bareboard project for T4240 in CodeWarrior IDE following new project wizards, in the Configurations panel, please select SMP and select Core index for all cores. Then connect CodeWarrior to the target board to execute the sample program at all cores.
In addition, in Debug Target Settings panel, please select "Download SRAM" or "Connect SRAM" Launch configuration to avoid DDR controller configuration trouble.
