How to do fuse programming for T4240

Is there any document to demonstrate how to do fuse programming for T4240?

And how to test if the OTP is actually programmed and if the result is correct?

Fuse programming is described in T4240 Reference Manual, Section 6.2 "Security Fuse Processor (SFP)"
