need help for floating license

Hi, i register my product and obtain the license.dat

I need to use the floating license

server: linux (debian)

client: windows

I put license.dat (windows version) in the /flexlm directory on windows client

How can i install the license manager in my linux server (debian)??? i get the tar file, extract the files but i can't start the service.... anyone could help me?

Currently the only supported Linux distribution is Linux RedHat 8. Other distributions are not supported so the licensing manager might not work
