different license for different microcontrollers

Hi,

If I have a license for CodeWarrior for MCU version 10.5.0 (Professional Edition, Perpetual Model, Node-locked license) and use it with HCS08, can I use the license also for HCS12 with CodeWarrior 5.1 Classic IDE?

If so, can I download the Evaluation copy and activate it with the old license?

Hi Johan,

If you've a Professional registration you will have access to all license files listed under the link:

    CodeWarrior Dev Tools Suite - Professional|NXP

This includes the license file for HC12 V5.x development tool.

Please log to your Freescale account to download the appropriate tool and license file.
