Do I need to purchase the Codewarrier license (DLA-LS-DVLPR-NL/DLA-LS-SPLST-NL) if I will use the debugger (TAP Base Unit CWH-CTP-BASE-HE, Probe tip CWH-CTP-CTX10-YE ) only for loading the bootloader/u-boot in RAM?
