Why does my license file only show half the host id I entered?

Only half of the host id that I entered is displaying in the license file. I get an error "LM_NotThisHost". Also - What should be entered in the "name" field when generating the license file?

I assume you entered Disc Serial Volume Number which has minus as a separator XXXX-XXXX

Or MAC address (see below).

In any case do not use "-" character as a separator when entering the locking ID:
