MCUXpresso IDE download problem

I can't download MCUXpresso IDE. The information from web site is:

"You have been redirected to this page because your ID is INACTIVE in Flexera. Please Activate your account to proceed"

How to solve the problem?

From other trend:

I suggest posting into - Not able to download MCUXpresso IDE if account is inactive  - which is monitored by our web team (who should be able to fix your account).
