Not able to download MCUXpresso IDE if account is inactive

As a heads-up: several uses reported a problems with downloading the MCUXpresso IDE setup/installer program.

If pressing the 'Download' button, you might come back to the login screen (to log into your NXP user account):

The likely reason for this is that your NXP account needs re-activation. You should see a link to open a SR (Service Request) which you could use.

Otherwise post a comment here so your account can be re-activated.

After a long time away i am trying to restart with my old KL-25Z Freedomboards. Now you have IDE to be used on Mac.

When I try that link I end up on a log-in page, just as I was with the Download link. I can see that I'm logged in given my name in the upper right, and if I re-enter credentials I end up back on the same log-in page.

just case, can you try a different browser (e.g. I had no issues with FireFox, but I saw reports that sometimes IE or Edge can cause problems)?

I was using (the most recent version of) Chrome; I just downloaded Firefox, which did get through to the product download page.
IE, Edge, and Chrome not working seems like a pretty big problem...

it works for me with IE, Chrome and Edge (Windows 10). I'm not sure what this is causing it on some machines. It might depend on your network setup or environment, not sure. But good to hear that it works for you with FireFox.
