Hi,

By default the license file can be downloaded via your NXP account.

Some Special Edition (Free of charge) license files are available for some products.

Unfortunately we don't have Special Edition for Power Architecture.

     CodeWarrior Development Tools Suite - Special|NXP

By default when you install a product, you will have a 30days professional license file.

This is an evaluation license file.

You can download the CW for PA V8.8 on web site:
