Hi Thomas,
There is a problem with the web license system for all license files for classic tools.
In some case the key for Processor Expert could be corrupted.
We need to correct and re-encrypt the license file.
Please report the problem to support@freescale.com and attach your license file.
Attached you will find a temp license.
Rename it to license.dat.
