CodeWarrior USB Dongle Licensing error

Hallo,

I'm having a problem with my CodeWarrior 7.2 license. When I try to open the CodeWarrior this error shows up.

We purchased the USB dongle and the perpetual license on 14/07/2014 and I have used it without problems since july 2016. After that I didn't open it until today when I found the error above. These are the license details taken from the invoice (from www.digikey.com):

SOFTWARE CW BASIC PERP NODE LOCK

Hi 

You are using dongle node-locked license. Can you please check if your dongle FLEXID is visible by LMTOOLS?

Does the FLEXID matches with ID printed on the USB Key and with FLEXID in the license.dat?

Note: If all FlexIDs match and you still cannot start CodeWarrior please try to install attached alternative USB dongle drivers.

Please follow the instructions below:

1) unplug the USB dongle 
2) run FLEXid Clean Utility (USB Dongle Drivers|NXP )
3) extract the attached ZIP archive 
4) run the Click_To_Install_Drivers.bat file.
5) Reboot machine
6) attach the USB Dongle and run CodeWarrior
