I understand CWP-BASIC bundles annual technical support,
after that it becomes non-support period.
Suppose it has passed since several years/months have passed after annual technical support expired
and after that uses wants to get technical support.
Then, do they have to buy multiple CWT-BASIC retroactively from annual technical support expired date?
Or they just have to only buy one CWT-BASIC at that moment?
