CWP-BASIC-NL - Error registering software

Hi I purchased CWP-BASIC-NL perpetual software package.  When I try and install the license code I receive an error message informing me that the license code cannot be found on the system.  How do I register this software which has never been used ?

First apologize about the delay. Are you still facing the license activation problems?

if Yes, could you please share a screenshot of the error you observe with us?

Please do not forget to censor/hide your registration/activation code if there is some visible on your picture.

I also buy CWP-BASIC-NL for code warrior 10.6, I follow specification(as below link) to generate license.bat . But it shows error info when I debug codes. Unfortunately, I am still in problem.
