I'd recommend you to download and install Evaluation edition of CodeWarrior for HCs12 v5.2.

If you already installed you might not be able to extend the license again (there is a limit 3 evaluation extensions across all CodeWarior products).

I attached is the 30-day evaluation license for your convenience
