NTM88 Starter Project no debug option at CodeWarrior?

Hi,

I am using CodeWarrior 11.1. I am trying to connect and debug to NTM88 Evaluation board using NTM88 Starter Project. When I press the debug button, no debug configuration can be found. I check the "Commander Window" and the debug option is not available. Why is the debug option not available?
