I am wondering what is the maximum pressure this device may be exposed to before damage occurs. Thanks.

Hello Greg,

The MPXM2202AS maximum pressure value is 400kPa with the condition of the pressure you apply must be greater in P1 than P2 (P1 > P2). The reference can be found in table 2 of the datasheet https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MPX2202.pdf

Please note that the exposure beyond this limit may cause permanent damage to the sensor.
