The MPXM2202AS maximum pressure value is 400kPa with the condition of the pressure you apply must be greater in P1 than P2 (P1 > P2). The reference can be found in table 2 of the datasheet https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MPX2202.pdf
