We are operating the MPX2300DT1 sensor with the supply voltage reversed. The sensor is still providing accurate readings. What are the consequences of operating the sensor with the polarity reversed?
Is there a detailed block diagram of the sensor?

Actually we don't recommend you do that operation, secondly as of February 2, 2026, the NXP MEMS Sensor products have been transferred to STMicroelectronics. For details on the transferred products, see this page. Please reach out to STMicroelectronics for further information.
