LM75BTP exposed pad connection

Hi,

LM75BTP temperature sensor in SOT1069-2 / HWSON8 package has the exposed center pad.

Does this pad have an internal connection to GND (or any other pin) or it is NC and may be externally connected to any net as convenient?

Hi Denis,

Thanks for your interest in the LM75BTP!

The exposed par is internally connected to GND, so leave it either unconnected or connect it to GND.
