How to port Arduino's max30100 heart rate sensor module function?

I found the program of Arduino's MAX30100 module from the Internet and wanted to use STM32 to do it all the time, but it got stuck in the millis function.

Dear RoselJr,

could you please confirm what part numbers you are referring to? The MAX30100 is a Maxim Integrated Pulse Oximeter and Heart-Rate Sensor IC, but in the link you provided, there is our PCF8575 I/O Expander on an Arduino board. The MAX30100 is not mentioned there. 

BTW, unfortunately we do not know MAX30100 and STM32, and we do not support them. I can try to help you with the PCF8575. Please specify your question.
