We are required to submit reliability data on key components, as part of the pending agency approval of our product.

One of these is the NXP-Freescale FXLS8471QR1 accelerometer.

The following data has been requested:

MTBF – Mean Time Between Failure

MTTF – Men Time To Failure

FIT – Failure in Time

Could you please help by providing the MTBF, MTTF and FIT data for NXP-Freescale FXLS8471QR1.
