Sensor Fusion Toolbox for Android Source Code

I am occasionally asked for the source code for the Android version of our Sensor Fusion Toolbox.  Well, here it is, complete with new NXP graphics and updated links.

Hi Michael, are you still considering to release code for Windows version of the toolbox?

The Windows version of the tool is heavily dependent upon a 3rd party graphics library for which we do not have redistribution rights.

So we're unable to offer a buildable project.
