update S32R274 FMEDA

    The FMEDA of S32R274,the version I got is :Rev. 1.3/2017-11-23.

Please help to get the new version to make sure:The results of self-verification are inconsistent with the data provided.

The mentioned version is indeed the latest version that we have for S32R274 device. The inconsistency which you have observed in the metrics is intentional so as to avoid the misinterpretation of achieved FMEDA results. We have added a DC Limiter function which blocks the FMEDA result to limit the metric to the shown value even though the achieved random hardware fault metric is exceeded than the required target value. This is done as NXP is not claiming systematic coverage greater than the target ASIL mentioned in FMEDA.

In this case SPT and Performance cores are not expected to provide systematic coverage more than ASIL B target and hence a limiter is blocking these values to 96.9 so that the end user does not use these modules for applications required to achieve greater than ASIL B.
