Test report of failure modes for MPC5604B/C

Hi Team,

There was a request for UL1998 failure mode test coverage of failure modes on MPC5604B/C.

As far as I know, we don't support UL1998 (or IEC60730), but any materials with ISO 26262 (or IEC61508)?

The customer could use it as a proven-in-use if an assessment entity confirms it.
