Im helping a customer who will not be using the internal SRAM with ECC for anything.  Their DDR has ECC.  So when we modify the SCC for SRAM to be false (because we are nto using it all) the SPFM and SFF take a big hit.

How can I modify things to remove the internal SRAM from the measurements all together?  Or shoudl we just keep it to TRUE?

Hello Daniel,
Sure, you can easily remove the SRAM measurements by using 'How much of SRAM is used' (cells D5 and R5) columns from select safety measures sheet.

This will take out the contribution of SRAM array from FMEDA sheet and hence will not be used for SPFM & SFF calculation.

Rupesh
