S32K3xx BIST and sChecks differences

We have a major mass market customer designing with S32K311 and S32K341, and are asking the following questions:

Is there a list of what is tested by BIST and sChecks?

They are trying to determine what can be tested by both and what can only be tested by one of them.

Hello @nsiegel ,

sCheck is checking for latent faults in HW Safety Mechanisms within the S32 device and all the tests are described in the sCheck UM.

For more detailed HW units coverage by LBIST and MBIST please check RM chapter "STCU2 LBIST/MBIST mapping".
If even more details needed, it should go via request to HW Safety Architects to help with HW FMEDA analysis (via Medini project) for specific customer application.
