In the latest S32K3_SAF_SCHECK_UM Rev 6.0 (released with SAF 1.0.2), S32K324 only support XBIC_0, don't support XBIC_1~3. Customer asked why XBIC_1~3 not supported as K324 do have 4 XBIC instances.

the information in documentation is incorrect (I have entered a ticket to get it fixed). On S32K324 all 4 XBIC tests are supported by sCheck and can be configured in Tresos as follows:
- in SafetyBase select S32K324 derivative:
- in sCheck configure the XBIC_0/1/2/3 tests:
