S32K144 core test lib qualification test report

Hello! We are going to get the ASIL B product certification based on S32K144 system, while the third certification party request that the core test lib shall have a qualification test to prove it's functionality and reliability. So could you please help to check if there is any such kind of test report can be shared to us?

Are you able to download the Quality Pack along with the Core Self Test Library Package? The Quality pack has the test reports with it.

The quality pack is available with the software pack. You can download NXP software and other packs from this site:

If you still unable to find the quality pack you are looking for, I suggest to raise the request on the dedicated S32K1 community here:

when I click the linkage you posted, (the S32K144 core test lib qualification test report can't be found.), it was automatically switched to page of my account? I don't know why? does it mean I still need sign NDA?

There is a quality and safety pack with S32K1*SCST software library. Hopefully that should take care of your requirements.
