FMEDA DCMPF calculation question

I am doing a system level FMEDA. When reading S32K146 MCU FMEDA, I can't understand the DCSPF and DCMPF provided in the report. I try to re-calculate it and put these numbers in column L and M.  I use following formulas:

DCSPF=(λSR-(λSPF+λRF))/λSR

DCMPF=(λSR-(λSPF+λRF)-λMPF_undet)/(λSR-(λSPF+λRF))

Could you please help to point out where is my mistake?

Hi Peter,

The S32K146 is ASIL-B target MCU. Here we limit the values of DCSPF and DCMPF less than that of ASIL-C to make sure that the S32K146 should not be used as the ASIL-C or higher.
The formulas you used to get these numbers are correct.
