Hi NXP technicians,
I encountered one problem about using the GDU function of S32M276CHABMKHSR.
I want to measure the phase-voltage by HSX pins while motor is stopping.
The phase-voltage will be supplied with [DO-EN-MOT-DIAG] set to high-level, If the motor is not connected, only W-phase-voltage could be detected by HS2 pin.
but in my measurement, all HS0, HS1, HS2 detected the voltage similar to KL30-F(battery voltage) when motor is not connected.
I figure out the reason is that HGX is output voltage similar to KL30-F then the voltage will go through Vgs resistor(R604, R609, R614) to supply the phase-voltage.
So my question is that how could I do the setting to make the High-side gate voltage and Low-side gate voltage to [0] voltage while GDU module is Enabled. Then I want to use the HSX pin to measure the phase-voltage.

if anything unclear, pls. contact to me.
Looking forward to your reply. Thanks and have a nice day!
