use internal reference voltage for ADC S32K14X

Hello there,

We are working with MCU S32K14X ADC and we were wondering, is there internally generated reference voltage can be used for vref in the ADC instead of using external vref ? the issue is the external supply is not stable and we need to have stable vref provided internally for the ADC if possible.

if feasible, what are the internal reference voltage options?

Hi Nader Khamess,

There is no internal reference voltage can be used as ADC VREF.

There is 1V bandgap, but it's ADC input not vref.
