The emios clock uses a 160 MB system clock

From the shared images, the configuration of EMIOS looks correct. Could you share more details about your project? I also suggest you check the Pwm_example

Did you see the same behavior if you used the same configurations as the PWM example code?

No problems using PWM examples, I want to find out where the problem is in my project

Could you please try the following test? Change the used pin in your application to the same one used on the example code, and verify if the same error is present.
