When I update the source code, the dialog box will show that the Clock and Peripheral have errors. I don't know why, because sometimes it works, sometime it have errors.

According to the project name it looks like the project you imported is based on S32DS v3.4 + S32K3 RTD 0.9.0. Did you offline install this version of RTD?
You have not checked Clocks and Peripherals, please select them and switch to the Clocks and Peripheral interface to check for specific error messages.
